Appearance: bright straw yellow
Aroma: white flowers, ripe pear, and hint of vanilla
Palate: creamy fine bubble with satisfying finish. vibrant and harmony notes of tanginess and white fruits: pear and apple.

An Italian champagne and yes it is Italian with Methode Champenoise. It was seductive, smooth, energetic but yet elegant. A fruity style that is enjoyable at any moment. The lot was L0234-14023000208 which may survive well for a said period of 5 years. Looking to grab more for my cellar.
